Refund policy
FeelingFlexi is free to use. What you can pay for is swipe packs and Flexi coins, in the iPhone app; Apple sells and bills them through the App Store, and we never take a payment from you ourselves.
Event tickets
FeelingFlexi doesn’t sell tickets. When you choose an event, the ticket button opens the partner’s own page (Ticketmaster, Quicket, Moshtix, Platinumlist, Fever, Viator or See Tickets), and you buy from them, at their price, under their terms. Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled by that partner or the event organiser, so please contact them using the details on your ticket or order confirmation. Your consumer rights against the seller are not affected.
Swipe packs
Swipe packs are one-off purchases billed to your Apple ID, so Apple handles their refunds under its own rules: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. Bought swipes that expire after their 3 months are not refunded.
Flexi coins
Flexi coins bought in the iPhone app are one-off purchases billed to your Apple ID, so Apple handles their refunds the same way. Coins last a year from the day you buy them; coins that expire are not refunded.
Rewarded ads
On iPhone you may be offered a short video ad for extra swipes. Watching one is optional and costs nothing.

If we add anything else you can pay for, we’ll update this policy before it launches.
