Cookies
Cookie policy
This page explains the cookies and browser storage used by this website (feelingflexi.com) and the FeelingFlexi app. It works alongside our privacy policy.
This website
Today this website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. It saves three small settings in your browser so the site works the way you left it:
- ff-theme (local storage): your light or dark choice. Kept until you clear site data.
- ff-pill-depart (session storage): where the tab underline was, for about a second after a click. Cleared when you close the tab.
- ff-hero-last (session storage): the last header photo on the Places and Events pages, so the next one is different. Cleared when you close the tab.
These are strictly necessary for the features you use, so they don’t need consent. Fonts are served from this site, and header photos load through FeelingFlexi’s own server, so viewing them doesn’t set Google cookies.
Advertising cookies
This website may show ads from Google AdSense. If it does, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your visits to other sites. Where the law requires it, for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you’ll be asked to accept or refuse these before they’re used, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy link in the consent message. You can also turn off personalised ads in Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of some vendors at aboutads.info.
The FeelingFlexi app
The web app at app.feelingflexi.com sets these strictly necessary cookies, all HttpOnly:
- ff_auth: your signed session, set only after you sign in. Lasts up to 30 days.
- ff_entry: remembers that you opened the web app from this site, so it doesn’t turn you away. Lasts one year.
- ff_web_places: a random ID that limits how often Places can be loaded, to stop abuse. Lasts one day.
Your likes, passes, profile and settings are kept in your browser’s local storage, not on our server. The web app shows no ads and runs no analytics.
Google sign-in and Facebook sign-in load those companies’ code only when you press that button, and they may set their own cookies (Facebook may store a login-status cookie) under their own policies. Ticket links take you to the partner’s site, which uses its own cookies.
The iPhone app shows Google AdMob ads and optional rewarded videos. It uses your device’s advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when iOS asks.
Controlling cookies and storage
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing data for feelingflexi.com resets the theme. Clearing data for app.feelingflexi.com signs you out and removes your likes from that browser; likes saved to your account come back when you sign in again.
